Natalie focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on distressed M&A and highly complex corporate transactions in debt restructuring scenarios and special situations. Her practice includes the structuring of sophisticated transactions, cross-border elements, and coordination among multiple stakeholders.
She has extensive experience in complex corporate and transactional matters involving publicly held companies, as well as capital markets matters, administrative proceedings before the CVM, and related regulatory discussions.
Prior to joining Padis Advogados, Natalie worked for four years at Mattos Filho Advogados.
