Giovanna focuses on debt restructuring, judicial and extrajudicial reorganization, bankruptcy, litigation and arbitration. Giovanna has been involved in the most complex and relevant restructuring transactions in Brazil, including cross-border restructurings, both in and out of court, having advised important creditors such as ad hoc committees, bondholders and lenders. She also has experience in highly relevant civil and commercial disputes before judicial courts and arbitral tribunals.
Giovanna also has international experience, having worked as a foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, in New York.
Giovanna has been awarded as Rising Star by IFLR Americas.
