Fábio Paciléo Costa

Fabio works on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and financial law, financings, debt restructurings, and complex cross-border transactions.

He has experience in corporate matters involving acquisitions and divestitures, financing structures, and corporate governance issues, as well as advising creditors, bondholders, investment funds, banks, and institutional investors in judicial and out-of-court restructuring proceedings.

His work was recognized by Who’s Who in America – Honored Listee during his time in New York, where he was part of the Finance & Restructuring team at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and also worked at the investment bank Houlihan Lokey.

Fabio serves as the international representative of the Brazilian chapter of the Young Lawyers’ Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is a member of the Law School Fund Board at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he also served on the Alumni Leadership Council for two years.
