Beatriz Mazzi represents a wide range of stakeholders in distressed situations, with extensive experience advising on some of the most significant restructuring transactions in Brazil across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, and sugar and ethanol.

Throughout her career, she has developed a strong practice in financing transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers on bank financings, leveraged finance transactions, project finance, and other complex financing structures. She also has solid experience in cross-border transactions, including foreign investments, international acquisitions, and related financing arrangements, playing a key role in the structuring and execution of highly complex deals.

Her work is widely recognized by leading legal directories, including Chambers and Partners (Bankruptcy/Restructuring), Who’s Who Legal (Brazil: Restructuring & Insolvency), and The Legal 500 (Restructuring & Insolvency), as well as by Análise Advocacia and Análise Editorial Mulher.
