Alexandre is a partner with highly specialized expertise in corporate, corporate governance, and financial advisory law, recognized for his strategic vision and multidisciplinary approach. He has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, structured finance, public company regulation, and corporate governance. His practice is characterized by a strong alignment between technical excellence and a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives.
Prior to founding Padis Advogados, he worked for more than 12 years at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, where he participated in some of the most significant transactions in the Brazilian market. He was also a foreign associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, where he further expanded his international experience.
