Talitha specializes in strategic litigation, debt restructurings, judicial and out-of-court reorganizations, and bankruptcy matters, with a strong track record in highly complex and economically sensitive situations. She has extensive experience advising and representing both creditors and debtors in restructuring proceedings and transactions in Brazil, including negotiations involving distressed assets, cross-border insolvency scenarios, and the coordination of multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests.

Prior to joining Padis Advogados, she worked for six years at Mattos Filho Advogados.
