Mariana has expertise in complex disputes and a strong track record representing both debtors and creditors in debt restructurings, including judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations, and cross-border transactions. She has also been actively involved in distressed M&A matters, including the sale of UPIs (Isolated Productive Units) and other asset disposals in distressed scenarios, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated financing transactions for financial and institutional creditors.
