Clovis is a partner in the tax practice, working in an integrated manner across the firm’s various practice areas on highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience covers tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, strategic tax advisory, and tax litigation, advising clients on sophisticated matters involving business structuring, tax efficiency, and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to founding Padis Advogados, he worked for more than 12 years at Machado, Meyer Advogados and was a foreign associate at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam and Cuatrecasas in Madrid.
